وقبل ممارسة تمارين تطويل الذكر يجب عليك قياس طول ومحيط القضيب، وذلك عن طريق استخدام مسطرة مستقيمة لقياس طول القضيب ويتم وضعها عند قاعدة القضيب المنتصب وأخذ القياس من قاعدته وحتى نهايته، واستخدام شريط القياس لقياس محيط القضيب عن طريق لفه على العضو الذكري ويمكن أيضاً استخدامه لقياس طوله بنفس الطريقة التي ذكرناها.

تساعد تمارين تطويل الذكر على تنشيط الدورة الدموية وزيادة تدفق الدم للعضو الذكري، وقبل ممارسة هذه التمارين يجب القيام بالإحماء وذلك طريق الاستحمام بماء دافئ، أو وضع منشفة في إناء به ماء دافئ ثم لف هذه المنشفة حول القضيب ثم تركها لمدة دقيقة، ثم تنشيف الذكر ودهنه بأحد المرطبات والزيوت ثم البدء في ممارسة تمارين تطويل الذكر، ومن هذه التمارين ما يلي:

تمرين الشد

يتضمن هذا التمرين شد القضيب وللقيام به إمسك رأس القضيب باليد وقم بشد (سحب) القضيب لأعلى لمدة 10 ثواني، ثم اسحب العضو الذكري لليمين لمدة 10 ثواني أيضاً، وبعد ذلك قم بسحب القضيب لليسار لمدة 10 ثواني أخرى، وكرر هذا التمرين لمدة 5 دقائق.

تمرين الجلك

يسمى هذا التمرين أيضاً باسم تمرين الحلب، وللقيام به قم بلف إصبع السبابة والإبهام حتى يشكلان دائرة محكمة حول القضيب، ولكن تجنب الضغط بقوة على القضيب، ثم قم بتحريك هذه الدائرة من قاعدة القضيب إلى رأسه، ويتم ممارسة هذا التمرين مرة واحدة في اليوم لمدة 20 دقيقة.

تمرين الدوران

في هذا التمرين يتم لف القضيب باليد بطريقة دائرية باتجاه اليمين وانتظر لمدة 10 ثواني، ثم لف القضيب بنفس الطريقة باتجاه اليسار وانتظر أيضاً لمدة 10 ثواني، وكرر هذا التمرين لمدة دقيقتين.

تمرين التدليك

يجب أولاً وضع الفازلين الطبي على القضيب، ثم القيام بتدليك العضو الذكري بلطف وعمل مساج له، والحرص على شد القضيب والضغط الخفيف عليه أثناء ممارسة هذا التمرين.

توجد بعض النصائح التي يجب الالتزام بها عند ممارسة تمارين تطويل القضيب لتجنب أي مضاعفات، ومنها ما يلي:
